Giant Nude Stirs Controversy

The California city of San Leandro,  south of Oakland, has recently erected a 55 ft statue of a wire frame nude woman.   The wire frame statue by artist Marco Cochrane, currently stands at the entrance of the downtown San Leandro Tech Campus and is titled Truth is Beauty with the message, in 10 languages, "What if Women Were Safe?".

While the majority viewing the statue have absolutely no problem with the work, it appears as if some residents of the city don't think that it is safe for young minds.

As one women interviewed in the video clip states, it's all in the head of those who object.
